THE DAY OUT OF TIME IN THE GALACTIC CALENDAR (just by coincidence)

Sadly, yesterday I got to the end of the book I have read recently. It was just amazing. It is part of a Trilogy of books by Kathleen McGowan. My neighbour brought it to me to read, he had read it on holiday and thought, I must give this to her, just the type of book she will love and be interested in. Understatement!
I have not read the first book in the series, The Magdalene Mystery, and went straight into the second book, The Book of Love ā¦
This book is just so incredible and asks a lot of you. Mainly the courage you need to go through quite a thick book (512 pages in total), but as you start to read the story, which is backed up by so many facts, you literally have to stop, close your eyes and digest what you have actually read.
Basically the book is about a āBook of Loveā written by Jesus and protected since his crucifixion, mainly by a group of women, starting obviously with Mary Magdalene and how the book was passed on through the centuries by women who were strongly connected to her, either by birth or bloodline.
It talks a lot about the cover upās by the church in general and how for years they have tried to keep the secret buried deep in the cellars of the Vactican, refusing to acknowlege that such a document existed, but one of the main women in the book is Mathilda of Tuscany and her connection with Pope Gregory VII and how she did extraordinary work in many forms to protect it.
As I turned each page, my mouth almost fell open with astonishment. It is a book that gives you the feeling that it is almost confirming things that you knew deep down in your soul. Facts that have been there all the time, but maybe you just had to be ready to understand them.
Today I feel sort of at a āloose endā now the book is finished, but I have set myself a little project for the next few weeks. Making the Labyrinth myself, with little coloured gemstones (indigo blue) on wood painted gold.
The actual Labyrinth in the story can be found in the Cathedral at Chartres in France. I donāt want to write a long blog and spill all the details, or either spoil it for you, but this book is a MUST. It is inspiring, revealing and exciting and certainly one to put on your āto readā book list.
One interesting fact about the Labyrinth is that there are 11 paths to go within, then you step into the six leafed rose and then into the centre of it, for your own personal moment of connection with āas above so belowā.
Then you walk the 11 paths out of the centre of the labyrinth and I am sure many of you 'spiritually minded' people have already the connection to the master number 11 and then repeating it again. Many, many people (and pilgrims) walk these paths, barefoot every day when the Labyrinth is opened to the public at 10.00 am. My immediate reaction was I want to walk this too, and yes, as soon as possible, like now? Other commitments are literally stopping me from getting into my car right immediately, driving the 500-odd kilometers to Chartres and being ready to get there first to walk in the morning.

The cathedral at Chartres contains all the secrets of the book, but you have to read it first before you go, so that you will understand what it is about.
There are names that come up in the book, well that was the case with me, that literally stop you in your tracks and make you think, ah yes, now I understandā¦
Really recommend it, itās an excellent read and this morning whilst I was surfing around on the Internet to find more information, I came across these lovely words, which totally sum it up.
In Dutch the book is entitled: The Jesus Mystery. Personally I prefer the English title, as it suggests, Love conquers all! And how true is that?
These are the words that I found in Dutch and I have put them into English. Oh and by the way, there is a third part to this series too, called The Medici Mystery.
Het labyrinth
met zijn holle wegen
ingelopen door vele voeten
spreekt zijn eigen taal -
geeft haar eigen wijsheid
Het labyrint
haar ronde wegen
voeren mij naar mijzelf
Wording tot schaal
om te ontvangen.
Het labyrint
vraagt om moed
een zich openen voor hemelkrachten
Hij schenkt haar zijn zon.
The Labyrinth
With its open paths
Walked upon by many feet
Speaks its own language
Gives her own wisdom
The Labyrinth
Her rounded paths
Brings me to myself
Practice to Scale
To receive
The Labyrinth
Asks for courage
To open up to Heavenly powers
He gives her his sun
