THE BOOKS

Someone said to me quite recently: 'if you write a book, you share your soul with others'. I agree, writing a book may sound easy but it takes time and effort and from the first moment that the inspiration comes to mind, together with a title, then you hope for continuity and flow even though you know at certain moments you will have a 'writer's block'. When I am writing and if this happens, I often go out for rides on my bike. Cycling along the Grevelingenmeer is quite beautiful on lovely days and the sea breeze clears your mind and refreshes your thoughts.

Where is this story going? How can I bring it to a conclusion? You often worry about this (especially if you are awake in the night!) but it is better in the long run, to just literally clear your mind and then the inspiration returns. I actually never know when a book is coming; it usually happens with a casual remark, an idea, a few words and then I make notes (the backbone of the story or idea) and work on from that. My latest and 8th book published this year on 8th August (I love it when all the numbers come together as well!), was inspired this summer by a chance meeting in the southern country of Limburg, The Netherlands and the fact that I saw real fireflies for the first time ever. I wrote a blog and someone read it and said, 'this is really good, you should put it into a book'. That is how it all started and once I have a story line... then it just flows.

This year on the 14th February (Valentine's Day) I published my first romantic fiction novel (The Blue House). The reaction to this book was so great that I decided to publish it again later this year in Dutch. A lot of my friends here in Holland kept asking, 'when are you going to do something in Dutch?' The reactions so far have been very good and in September 2017 I am going to join a new platform which is especially for creative people, writers, poets, artists and such like so that we can share our work through other social media. This idea will be supported by other forms of media all over the world.

2017 has been a very exciting year, a lot of astrological and energetic events have taken place including the total solar eclipse yesterday and I feel that a lot has changed for me personally.

All books published here in the Netherlands are noted by the Central Book Archief (cbonline.nl). I was really thrilled when my Dutch book (Het Blauwe Huis) became the top hit on Google. They share a number of excerpts from books which have been published and people can read the first 10% of the book to get an idea of the story and if they would like to read more.

What a journey it has been over the past 11 years! Way back in 2004 I just happened to attend a talk in The Hague about Crop Circles. Not knowing that this would be the beginning of a story in which I was confronted about my own past but also given the opportunity to receive help on how to enlighten myself and grow spiritually in this fast moving world. It's not been easy, but everything I learnt gave me insight on how to make changes in my life. A story where two people who are the main characters in this book become closer and closer. Two souls, joined for eternity and how they deal with their similarities and differences.

At the end of the first book 'Impossible Love" many of my readers may have thought that the story was finished, but that was not true. True soul mates who can communicate at a higher level than most people cannot be stopped for long. The flame that may have appeared to have been extinguised was re-kindled. New inspirations and looking back on parts of my own personal expereinces form the basis for this new book, as well as many new insights into chakras, colors and how to actually be an authentic person. How to rid yourself of karmic baggage and step forward with unconditional love. To be able to do that it is important to first love yourself unconditionally and then step into the new energy of the 5th dimension to inspire others to do the same.

' After the initial euphoria and the feeling of lightness and being so intensely busy, the shadow came back. I could feel its heaviness. The first book was finished and published and I actually felt proud of my achievement. But despite that each and every day I had this strange feeling that I could not place.

A feeling of deep pain in my heart, just as if the chambers of my heart were closing. Each breath became more laborius. The pain was not intense, just there all the time, thudding like a headache in the centre of my life force. Worse than heartburn or indigestion, just a slow heavy beat between the normal rhythms of my heart.

Sleep was a release, the moment my mind shuts off to rational thought and I can float off and away into the oblivion of eternity'.

True Colours is a special book about colours and their meanings. Information which I have collected over a large number of years with the help of Vicky Wall. Every chakra point within the physical body has a specific colour. We already know about the basic 7 and the old colours as we knew them. In this book I am talking about the 13 chakras within the physical body and the new colours, just like Vicky Wall predicted before she passed in 1991.

Today is Valentine's Day 14th February 2017 and what better moment than to publish my latest book, a romantic fiction at 14.02 hrs .

Grace and Matthew meet one another unexpectedly at an event on 28th December 2016 in the north of Holland. They know one another under different circumstances but something special happens at the event called 'White Planet' and it is the beginning of a real love story. Despite everything that is expected from them in their own separate lives and the struggles they have with their own respective consciousness, they both give up everything so that they can be together. Irrespective of what families, friends and colleagues think. They are so in love that a future without one another is unthinkable.

The story of the Blue House is about their life together.

A romantic story (and this is a first for me personally) which you can just enjoy and escape from the routine of every day life. Love is the most powerful emotion in the world and Grace and Matthew find that this is so true and something everlasting.

FIREFLIES IN THE SUMMER

What started out to be a blog, developed into a story about Daz and Lot, who have been friends for many years. Their relationship becomes much deeper when Lot moves away. They meet up regularly, decide that they both need a weekend away as there is never enough time to catch up and book a weekend at a wellness centre. During their visit they share secrets with one another, about their relationships with other men, despite the fact that they are both married. One thing leads to another and Lot stays on for a few more days away with her lover. The story is told by Lot and Daz. Moments of suspension, on whether or not they should both make a choice for new lives and new beginnings. When Lot has an accident things suddenly change for her and in the end there are happy endings for them both, especially when Daz meets Tim.
